Do you accept returns?

We want you to love your jewelry. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll determine eligibility for a full refund.

Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers cover return shipping.For faulty items, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at bondhausstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We’ll arrange a refund or reship the item at no extra cost. Bespoke and custom orders are final sale, crafted uniquely for you.

Do you offer exchanges?

We’re happy to offer exchanges for necklaces, bracelets, and rings in a different size (same metal and stone). Rings sized US 7 and below qualify for a one-time free resizing; sizes above US 7 incur an additional fee. For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are non-exchangeable unless faulty. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not possible due to our small-batch production process. However, if you need to modify your order, email us at bondhausstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What if my package is lost?

If you suspect your package is lost, please email us at bondhausstudio@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll work swiftly to resolve the issue. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we’re unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

We recommend checking with neighbors or your building’s front desk to ensure your package hasn’t been misplaced.

Is my payment information secure?

Your trust means everything to us. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information, ensuring it remains safe and private. We never share your details with third parties or marketing firms.

Do you include gift receipts?

To honor our commitment to sustainability, we’ve gone paperless and do not include printed invoices in our packages. Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt. If you’re purchasing a gift, simply enter your own email address at checkout to keep the details discreet.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders to the countries below.

You will enjoy free international delivery for all orders over USD 500. We currently ship internationally to 23 markets, including Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macao SAR, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States.

All international orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping, customs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout depending on the country. There may be delays during peak seasons, including holidays. You may contact your customs office for additional information. There can be occasional customs or carrier delays which may affect delivery time, which unfortunately are beyond our control.

How long will it take to get my orders?

For ready to ship pieces, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus shipping time. For made to order pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing, plus shipping time.

Please read specific product descriptions and details before ordering.

Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.

Do you make custom jewelry?

Please note that custom pieces typically take at least 4-6 weeks to complete once our team begins production.

Can I replace lost jewelry?

We know how heartbreaking it is to lose a cherished piece. As a small, growing brand, we’re unable to replace lost items at this time. However, we’re here to help you move forward—reach out, and we’ll share a special offer for your next order. If you’ve lost an earring, you can purchase a single piece from our collection to complete your set.

What does “in-stock” or “made-to-order” mean?

Each piece we create is crafted with care, and timing depends on whether it’s in-stock or made-to-order. You’ll find the status listed on each product page.

  • In-Stock: Ready to ship within 1-3 business days from your order date.
  • Made-to-Order: Crafted just for you, these pieces take about 7 business days to process, ensuring every detail is perfect.
When will out-of-stock items be available again?

As a small-batch jeweler, 70% of our pieces are made-to-order, allowing us to craft with intention. Most out-of-stock items are restocked within 7 business days. Some designs, however, join our “Going-Gone” collection and won’t return once sold out. Check the product page or contact us to stay in the loop.

Where do you source your stones and metals?

We’re committed to beauty with integrity. We partner with trusted global suppliers to source high-quality, ethically obtained stones and metals, ensuring every piece is as responsible as it is radiant.

Can I personalize a piece of jewelry?

Absolutely, we love bringing your vision to life. Our customization services let you select gemstones, tweak designs, or create something entirely unique. Our team is here to collaborate, ensuring your piece reflects your personal style and story. Reach out to begin the process.

Do you offer repair services?

We stand by the quality of our craft. If your jewelry needs repair, we’ll work with you to restore it, either by repairing the piece or replacing it with one of equal or similar value. If the exact item isn’t available, we’ll find a beautiful alternative together.

For issues like broken clasps or loose gemstones within 90 days of delivery, we offer free repairs (provided we have the gemstone or you supply it). Beyond this, material-based fees may apply, and customers cover return shipping costs. We recommend using cost-effective, trackable shipping methods. Please note, we may decline repairs if the piece has been altered by another jeweler.

How should I care for my jewelry to ensure it lasts?

To keep your pieces sparkling for years, remove them before exposure to harsh chemicals, lotions, perfumes, or extreme heat and humidity. Avoid wearing them during strenuous activities, heavy lifting, or swimming in chlorinated water.

For cleaning, gently scrub your jewelry with a soft-bristle toothbrush, warm water, and a touch of diluted dish soap. Let your pieces air dry in a safe spot, and they’ll continue to shine as brightly as your story.
