We strive for your complete satisfaction. Please review our policy guidelines below before initiating a return.

General Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns for non-custom jewelry within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

    • They must be unworn and show no signs of wear or damage.

    • They must be returned with all original packaging.

 

Refunds for Customized Products

  • Customized products are generally not eligible for returns or refunds after delivery.

  • An exception is made only if there is a verified issue with the product's quality upon receipt.

  • Reasons unrelated to product quality, such as a change in personal preference, price discrepancies with similar items, or dissatisfaction with a promotional price, do not qualify as valid grounds for a return or refund.

 

Important Limitations and Conditions

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • International Orders: All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or resizing.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Partial Returns: We do not accept partial returns (e.g., returning only a component like a chain or a pendant from a set). The full item/set must be returned.

  • Domestic Return Shipping (Hong Kong): If your return is requested within the 7-day period, return shipping costs within Hong Kong will be covered by us.

 

Initiating a Return and Refund Processing

To start a return, please contact us via email at bondhausatelier@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
